If Wayfinder is not for you, you get your money back within 14 days of buying. No reason needed. You can also try every feature for 7 days before you pay anything.
14 days, no reason needed
- Bought once: ask within 14 days of the purchase and the whole price is paid back.
- By subscription: ask within 14 days of the first payment and that payment is paid back. The subscription then ends.
- For a team: ask within 14 days for the whole order, or for the licences of the people who will not use it.
How to ask
Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or write to [email protected] with the order number from that receipt. Paddle pays the refund back the way you paid. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card.
After a refund
The licence that was refunded may no longer be used, and Wayfinder asks for a licence again. Your hosts, files and settings stay on your computer.
Later months of a subscription
Cancel whenever you like, in Settings › Licence › Manage Subscription in Wayfinder or through the link in Paddle's receipt. Nothing more is charged, and Wayfinder keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. A month after the first is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise, as below.
If Wayfinder does not work as described
If you are a consumer, you also have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, for as long as the law gives it, after the 14 days too. Tell us what does not work; we put it right, or you get your money back.
The right of withdrawal in the European Union
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase made online within 14 days. For digital content delivered at once, the checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm you know that this right then ends once the licence is delivered. The 14-day refund on this page applies all the same.
Who pays it back
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, sends the invoice and pays refunds; its buyer terms apply to your purchase as well. The rest of what we promise is in the terms of sale and licence.
